Big Jym (sic) Terhorst skiing chalky snow in the upper basin between the Grand Turk and Sultan Peaks in April '05. We had just descended from the summit of the Grand Turk via a couloir on the north face and were on our way over to the Sultan. Both peaks tower over the town of Silverton at over 13,000 feet in elevation.
