Self Rescue for Climbers:
Would you know what to do if your partner became injured while on a multi-pitch climb? Would your partner know what to do if the same were to happen to you? Surprisingly, few climbers know many of even the basic principals involved in high angle rescue. Though not too difficult to master, these skills are all too often missing from even the most experienced climber’s repertoire. This three day course is designed to teach you the basic skills necessary to pull off a variety of high angle rescue scenarios using only the sort of equipment you would typically take on a multi-pitch climb. An invaluable lesson for any climber.
